Data Integrity

Run the bidirectional integrity scan on demand. Surfaces orphan FKs, missing required fields, duplicate IDs, dangling soft-deletes, validator drift, and unregistered FK candidates.

On Phase 0 with no entities registered, expect zero findings across all six categories. The check activates as Phase 1.A+ ships entity FK fields — orphan/missing/duplicate detection lights up as the registry populates, and unregistered-FK detection surfaces any new _id field that wasn't declared in REVERSE_REFS.
